Functions

  1. Inspection Functions:

–  Consulting and assisting the  Rector to perform the inspection and examination affairs.

– Preventing and finding out some violations of law, rules and regulations of the University;

–  Helping the organization departments and individuals in the implementation of policies and laws, education, relevant to legislation;

– Settling the complaints and denunciations, preventing of corruption within the functions and tasks of the site in accordance with the law.

  1. Legislation Functions

– Consulting and helping the Rector on legal issues related to the organization and operations of the university;

– Ensuring all operations in the university comply with the law and the principles of legal implementation.

Duties and Authority

  1. Duties and Authority of the Inspection

a) Establishing inspection plans approved by the Rector and implementing that plans as prescribed by law;

b) Inspecting the implementation of policies and laws on higher education.

c) Inspecting the implementation of the law, the tasks assigned to the organization, departments and individuals under the management of the Rector;

d) Assisting the Rector to perform the contact with the staff, to settle complaints and denunciations according to the provisions of law on complaints and denunciations;

e) Assisting the Rector in collaboration with other agencies, organizations and units related to inspection work;

f) Helping the Rector to perform the tasks of preventing and combating corruption in accordance with the law on the prevention of corruption;

g) Implementing the reports on the inspection, the contact with government officials and lecturers, the prevention of corruption at the request of the Rector and superior inspection prescribed;

h) Performing other duties assigned by the Rector.

Legislation Duties

a) Assisting the Rector of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the University, staff, employees, workers, students and learners in the field;

b) Assisting the Rector to prepare ideas for the drafts of normative acts from other agencies, units to collect opinions; making any recommendations to the competent authority in amending or promulgating legal documents;

c) Contributing the opinions to legally written drafts  designed by other units before they are presented to the Rector;

d) Presiding or coordinating with other units related functional organizations, in implementating, examining, monitoring the propagation and dissemination, enriching the legal awareness for the staff in the organization;

e) Implementing the reports on the legal affairs required by Rector and the  education management agencies under regulations;

f) Performing other duties assigned by the Rector
