Established under Decision No. 2467 / QD-DHSG-TCCB on Dec 25^th /2012 on the renaming: Device Management is Device – Facility of Teaching.

Function:

• To advise and assist the Board of Management in the management and implementation of the work-related equipment and teaching facilities.
• Human resource management and synchronization conditions prescribed.

Duties :

• Planning Shop equipment new investment annually.
• Implementation of procurement under the approved plan.
• Managing, repairing equipment – means to teach.
• Organization and accepting the repair equipment and facilities for teaching and learning.
• Researching and application of modern teaching technologies and technology deployment. Strengthening innovation to modernize equipment – facility of teaching better service for teaching and learning.
• Vehicle group Management, equipment, repairing vehicle maintenance as prescribed. Layout plan to travel to meet the requirements for operating activities of teaching and learning in schools.
• Organize the inventory of fixed assets annually (not homes, land).
• As a member of the Council of SGU
• Consulting procurement, management, repair and maintenance of fire prevention and fighting. Organization of safety about fire control of SGU.
